Panasonic ProClub - Online manual
Intro.

Commissioning Submit makes it possible for installers to request Warranty / Warranty extensions to Panasonic.

The interface is designed based on the existing operation mode of Loyalty Program (Points Requests) :

  1. In the tab Service, Installers registered to PRO Club can submit online application to request a warranty / warranty extension for the installation.
  2. Panasonic checks the documentation, and accepts or denies the application
  3. For Accepted Commissioning Requests, installers will be granted a Warranty Card (according to the policy and criterias defined in your country)

The entire process is controlled from the Admin Area: from submission of Commissioning requests, until the validation, including the exchange of information with installers…

Setup in the Admin Area is designed to allow the highest possible customization level assuming that every Commissioning Process varies according to the market/country.

Established practices and warranty regulation may not be the same in all countries (nb of years of warranty, requisites to grant warranty... Furthermore, wholesaler have different businesses: they work different line up and have a different skill level for each one of them. This is why Panasonic must indicate first what line up are distributed by wholesalers, and for each line up, if they ensure the warranty or not.

Using PRO club Commissioning Submit:

EXAMPLE:

When Installer ABC submits a Commissioning request to Panasonic for material purchased from the distributor DEF, the application determines that Wholesaler DEF does not grant any warranty for this kind of installation. Based on this, Panasonic will give Installer ABC 1 year full warranty (spare parts + labour costs), in addition to the 5 year compressor warranty. Upon acceptation of the request by Panasonic, PRO club generates the corresponding Warranty Card in PDF.

Previous Mandatory Steps to go live with Commissioning Submit:

  1. Setup Wholesaler official list
  2. Classify wholesalers using the line-up infrastructure (i.e. Residential: distributes  yes/no - gives Warranty   yes/no)
  3. Classify Installer accounts (standard-accredited-accredited linked to a PRO Partner company) paying special attention to the accreditation schemes (AC1, AC2, AH1): Warranty level is subject to the fact that these boxes are ticked or not
